Johncey George is a Leadership Coach for Introverts and an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who partners with professionals and organizations to develop confident, influential leaders. With over 23 years of corporate leadership experience and 1,350+ hours of professional coaching, he is widely known for offering practical leadership strategies grounded in real corporate experience—not theory or generic models.
Clients consistently value his ability to simplify complex corporate challenges and translate them into clear, actionable leadership behaviors that can be applied immediately at work.
Johncey’s coaching credibility comes from the rare combination of deep corporate leadership exposure and globally recognized coaching credentials. As an ICF-PCC coach, his work adheres to the highest professional and ethical standards while remaining firmly outcome-oriented.
Before moving fully into executive coaching, Johncey held senior leadership roles in global organizations including Schneider Electric, Invensys PLC, and Skelta Software. He has led functions spanning Operations, HR, IT, Technical Support, Training, and Global Program & Portfolio Management, with full P&L responsibility and accountability for multi-million-dollar programs.
He has served in leadership roles such as COO, Global Delivery Head, and Board Member, giving him first-hand understanding of the expectations placed on leaders at senior and executive levels.
His executive education includes the Executive General Management Program from IIM Bangalore, the CIO Certification Program from ISB, and the Managing Professional Services Firm Program from Harvard Business School, further strengthening his ability to coach leaders through complexity, scale, and transformation.
At the core of the practice is deep, individualized executive coaching. Johncey works closely with leaders to help them think clearly, act decisively, and lead with confidence in real organizational contexts.
A distinctive strength of his coaching is helping introverted and quietly competent professionals succeed in leadership roles without forcing them to adopt extroverted behaviors. He helps clients leverage strengths such as structured thinking, thoughtful communication, calm presence, and credibility to build executive presence and influence.
Clients often describe his coaching as practical, structured, and refreshingly simple, especially when dealing with complex organizational dynamics. Whether it is stakeholder management, difficult conversations, leadership visibility, or decision-making under pressure, Johncey breaks complexity into clear, workable strategies aligned to the client’s role and context.
The practice works with:
Mid-management leaders preparing for larger roles
Senior individual contributors transitioning into people leadership and executive roles
Senior leaders and executives seeking greater influence, presence, and strategic impact
Business owners and professionals navigating growth and leadership complexity
Clients come from MNCs, MSMEs, professional services firms, and growing organizations, making the work industry-agnostic but leadership-focused.
Many clients engage when they are at a critical career inflection point—moving from “doing” to “leading,” from expertise to enterprise-level impact. Johncey’s coaching helps them bridge this transition with clarity and confidence.
The impact of the coaching is both visible and sustained. Clients have:
Moved from senior individual contributor roles into Director, VP, and CXO positions
Gained executive visibility and credibility in senior leadership forums
Improved stakeholder influence and decision-making confidence
Shifted from being perceived as “too quiet” to being recognized as calm, respected leaders
Clients consistently highlight Johncey’s ability to cut through noise, ask the right questions, and provide practical direction rooted in real corporate experience.
Beyond individual coaching, Johncey plays an active servant leadership role within Business Networking International (BNI), the world’s largest business networking organization. As a Senior Director Consultant and Training Director, he supports business owners and leadership teams in strengthening leadership capability, collaboration, and sustainable business growth.
This role reflects his belief that leadership is not only about personal success, but about enabling others to grow through service, clarity, and trust.
What truly differentiates this practice is the ability to combine:
Deep corporate leadership experience
ICF-aligned coaching rigor
Expertise in introverted leadership strengths
Practical simplification of complex corporate realities
Clients are not given generic advice. They receive clear, context-specific strategies that work in real organizations, with real people, and real constraints.

Johncey was my coach for about a year. The fact that he specializes in coaching ‘introverts’ helped him understand my problems, concerns, and apprehensions better than most people would. He doesn’t give you a ‘solution’ to implement but keeps asking probing questions to prompt his coachees to think for themselves and determine their next course of action. Over the course of my interactions with him, Johncey became a sounding board, a mentor, a guide and a friend. He helped me think out-of-the-box and expand my horizon to possibilities that I didn’t think were possible.
An absolutely fantastic year of coaching with Johncey!
