Get Trusted with Google Reviews
Let Your Customers Do the Talking
Reviews help people choose you before they have even spoken to you.
When someone is deciding who to trust, they look at what other customers say. Google reviews put that proof right where people are searching, and a Google Review Card makes leaving one a one-tap job for your happy customers.
Why Google reviews matter
Trust is what turns a search into a customer
Most people check reviews before they choose a business. A strong set of recent, genuine reviews gives them the confidence to get in touch.
They build trust quickly
Real words from real customers carry more weight than anything you can say about yourself.
They help you get found
Google takes reviews into account when it shows local businesses, so more good reviews can help you appear when people search.
They answer questions for you
Reviews show what it is like to work with you, which saves people asking and speeds up their decision.
They show you are active
Recent reviews tell people you are open, busy and looking after your customers.
They give you feedback
Every review shows what you do well and where you can improve.
They keep working for you
A review stays on your Google profile and keeps building trust long after the job is done.
How a Google Review Card works
Three simple steps
Most customers are happy to leave a review. They just need it to be easy.
1. Get your card
Buy a Google Review Card, or a pack, from the shop, or pick one up at an Academy event.
2. Link it to your review box
In the Business Growth Hub, search for your business and your card opens your Google review box. You can change it any time.
3. Ask at the right moment
After a job well done, hand over the card or keep it at the counter or on your invoice. One tap and they are writing the review.
Make it easy to say yes
A few habits that help
The card does the hard part. These habits help you get more reviews.
Ask while they are happy
The best time to ask is right after you have delivered something your customer loves.
Keep it quick
Tell them it only takes a minute, and a few honest words are all you need.
Say thank you
Reply to every review, the good and the not so good. It shows people you care.

Quick questions about Google reviews
How do I get more Google reviews for my business?
Ask while your customer is happy, keep it quick, and make it a one-tap job. A Google Review Card (an NFC review card with a QR code) opens your Google review box straight away, so customers do not have to search for your Google Business Profile. Then thank every reviewer.
What is a Google Review Card?
A Google Review Card is a tap-and-scan NFC card with a QR code that opens your Google review link instantly. Customers tap it with their phone or scan the code, and they land on the page where they can leave a Google review for your business in seconds.
Do Google reviews help my business show up in local search?
Yes. Google says reviews and ratings are part of how it ranks local businesses, along with relevance, distance and prominence. More recent, genuine customer reviews can also make people more likely to click your Google Business Profile and get in touch. No tool can guarantee a ranking.
How does the card know my Google review link?
In the Business Growth Hub you search for your business and Smart Links creates your Google review link and dynamic QR code. Then you tap your card on your phone to link it. It takes a couple of minutes.
Do my customers need an app or a Google account?
They do not need an app. They tap or scan with their phone camera. Google asks them to be signed in to a Google account to post a review, which most people already are on their phone.
Can I change what the card opens later?
Yes. Your card uses a dynamic link, so you can change where it goes at any time from Smart Links in the Hub, without reprinting. Free members can change a card three times, and Pro members have unlimited changes.
Is it okay to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes, asking is fine and it is the best way to build your online reputation. Google asks businesses not to offer rewards for reviews or to only ask customers who they expect to leave a positive review, so ask everyone and keep it genuine.
What should I do if I get a negative Google review?
Reply politely, thank them for the feedback and offer to fix the problem. A thoughtful reply to a negative review shows future customers that you care about service, and it often builds more trust than a page of perfect scores.
How much is a Google Review Card and is shipping free?
A Google Review Card is $34, the Solo Pack is $55 (one Connect Card and one Google Review Card, saving $13) and the Team Pack is $139 (three of each, saving $65). Shipping is free within Australia and a flat $10 AUD overseas. Orders usually dispatch within 7 business days. You can add your logo and business details to the back for $10.
